Preservation Solutions Return Policy

14-Day Return Period

Fourteen days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on all non-specialty products. There are no refund on custom blended products.
Shipping charges are not refunded.

Exceptions

• Custom products specially blended for a specific customer
• Products that have been used
• Products that are not in their original condition

Restocking Fee

A 15% or $10 (whichever is greater) restocking fee will be charged on all returned items. These fees apply unless the fee is prohibited by law.

Return Procedure

• Contact Preservation Solutions within 14 days of receipt of product and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
• Return the product in it's original packaging, include the RMA number in package
• Your payment will be refunded, less shipping and restocking fee, upon receiving merchandise in new condition.
